Intersolar Europe is the world's leading exhibition for the solar industry, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, service providers, project planners and developers from around the globe. Hosted at Munich Messe, Intersolar is actually part of The Smarter E Europe which brings together 4 industry exhibitions under one roof with the other exhibitions being ees Europe, Power2Drive Europe and EM-Power Europe. After last year's return to exhibiting after the global pandemic, this year's Intersolar was possibly the busiest we have ever seen, with tens of thousands of visitors converging on Messe München exhibition centre on the opening day. The aisles of every hall were bustling with people seeking solar solutions for their projects from the moment it opened at 9.00am until it closed it's doors at 6.00pm. It was so busy that queues to get your lunch from the various bistros and eateries scattered throughout Messe required an hour wait at the very least. Intersolar has always been an important exhibition for IMO, and this year we featured our range of SI and SIM TRUE DC solar isolators for both installers and Solar OEMs as well as our distribution box range for PV strings. The UK cost of living crisis along with globally high energy costs as seen interest in the solar industry grow again since last year, and the number of exhibitors at Intersolar had also grown quite substantially.
